Today I'm gonna start one year without any exercise whatsoever for a whole year. For everytime I break that promise I will post on this thread. Let's see how long I last. :D

wouldn't posting in this thread be constituted as exercise.. as you had to walk to you computer.. formulate the post in your head.. and move your hands to type it out..
