I've decided to make this draft generator an open source utility. There are still a few things that need to be worked on and there are more talented programmers here than me.

Right now, it's a pretty simple program. It doesn't calculate the stats or produce html reports for dynasties/multiplayer leagues like I originally hoped. I've tried to document/explain my thinking throughout. Feel free to take this base and run with it.

I was thinking of doing something like this, then I lost my copy of VB6 :(
