If so, I could really use some help:

I am working on a group paper for my Ethics & Social Responsibility course. The paper deals with picking a certain company and addressing a number of different aspects with corprate responsibility. One of the areas I'm focusing on is to summarize the legal/regulatory violations of the past 5 years for our company, Caterpillar.

However, I am having trouble coming up with any hard figures or data for this type of thing. I have tried finding a social report, checking some government information websites, etc.. but I have been striking out everywhere. I dont know if I am looking in the wrong places or what, but I come to the great knowledge of FOFC to help me with this issue. I am espcially bugged by this because I'm the only one in my group struggling and I dont want to be the "slacker" when I am usually far from it.

Any websites or information that could help me out or even advice on where to look is *greatly* appreciated. Thanks!!

CAT's annual reports will list any major lawsuits. The one's listed (WAAAAY in the back) will be the one's with potential earnings impact, but that will be a start. You can also see if your local county has an online database of civil court decisions.

Yes. I'm bored.
