I just finished my 4th season with Blackpool and I just earned promotion to the Premiership in the upcoming season. In my first year I was in League One and my sponsorship was something like $250 per year. I could be a little bit off on this. Anyway...it conveniently expired at the end of my first year just when I earned promotion to the Championship League and a new deal went through at $750 per year. Now just as I get promoted to the Premiership and my current deal ended and the new one was inked for $373 per year for two years. Has anyone had something like this happen to them?? Unless I'm missing something it makes no sense at all.

Umm...yes. You have a great point there. :) I shouldn't be so quick to complain...but it was still really odd.
