So I recently started playing poker online for real money, and tonight I decided I wanted to try a Hold 'em tourney. So I tried to get into a sit 'n go. Like an idiot, I clicked on an Omaha Hi/Lo tourney -- a game I've never played before.

Over the course of the first few hands, I learn the ropes (as I frantically read internet sites in the background on the rules and what constitutes a low hand). I manage to survive past the first person busting out -- my main goal. Time continues, and we keep going...

...well, to make a long story short, I end up winning the whole thing :) my $5 buy-in turned into a $22.50 tournament prize. I'm kind of amped right now :)

Heh -- I caught more than a few cards. Hi/Lo is a fun game -- I'll be playing more of it in the future for sure.

I love Hi/Lo, I love plain old Omaha, I think i'm actualy a better Omaha player than Holdem.

All I ever play anymore is omaha hi/lo and stud hi/lo because the variance is low. I can't stand hold em anymore.
