Ok, I had to sit for 3 hours in the DMV today, so I caught up on some magazine reading and I read a preview of a game that I somehow didn't know was coming out next month.

X-Men Legends will be an action/rpg featuring over 15 of the X-Men, environments which can be destroyed and a storyline being written by some of the original comic writers. I read an excellent preview in Game Informer and now I just read a huge piece on Gamespot.

Anyone else really excited about this game? There are so many potentially good games coming out in September.

Yes, I am extremely excited about X-Men Legends. I read a thing on it for the Cube, and it'll even be 4-player co-op play. I can see myself playing this for hours and hours. :D

Reading about the Gameplay brought flashbacks of "Freedom Force". I'm assuming this is along the lines of a "Strategy RPG" of sorts...though, perhaps SackAttack would best know? :confused:

This is my #1 buy for the month of September.

I think it'll be more action than strategy.
