My friends and I play every so often and we really only play 8 games. Are there any that you guys play regularly that is fun and simple to learn?
Basically, we play:
5 Card Draw
Texas Hold 'Em
Jacks or Better, Trips To Win
Spit in the Ocean
Day Baseball
Night Baseball
In Between
Guts
Chase the Ace
I don't know how popular these games are (besides the obvious ones), and they could be named something else. Just trying to get a feel for the ones that get the majority of your guys' time.

I just play Hold 'Em, Omaha Hi/Lo, and Acey-Deucey (the latter being my nemesis).

Hold em, 3 and 7 card studs, 5 card draw
Plus Alabama, 8 or 28 and Acey-Deucey which end up getting really expensive
Acey-Deucey is the worse, although it is somewhat fun when that one time when a kid pots an Ace-Ace, draws and Ace and owes quadruple.

If you can count with any degree of accuracy, acey-deucey is free money. You just have to find people to play with, which can be a challenge.
5 card draw hi back to low is fun. Its jacks or better and if no one can open (or does open) then first position blinds for low.

Im a big fan of Follow the Queen. Its 7 card stud.
Queens are always wild but when it comes out in play, which ever follows the queen is also wild. It gets interesting when another Queen comes out, then the wild changes to that card.
I hate wild card sillies. one joker in draw is tolerable, if you can only use it for an ace or to complete a straight or flush. Beyond that I personally find it just silly and random.

guts is the game of choice for my dad's side of the family. nothing beats watching relatives refuse to drop out of a big pot cause their brother will win... only to have to ante the pot size when they lose.

My game of choice is Red Ass. Basically it is 7 card stud. The high heart in the hole automatically takes half of the pot. High hand takes the other half of the pot. Any and all losers match the pot, and that money goes for the next hand.
We have played with as little as nickels and you will still end up with pots in the 60 and 70 dollar range.

We play a lot of Anaconda in our home games. Also a lot of omaha.
We also play a lot of wild ass games with wilds, and lots of 7 stud variants. Low card in the hole is wild, lowest spade in the hole splits the pot, crap like that.
