I went to ESPNvideogames' messageboard, but the trolls and lack of response have reminded my why I only visit this message board on a daily basis. But, I digress.
I have PS2 version of ESPN College Hoops, and one of my players (a potentially great C) was hurt for the year. I get a message saying I can activate one of my redshirt players since I lost this guy for the year. However, I can't seem to figure out what button to press on which screen to actually activate one of my three redshirt freshman. If someone knows how to activate redshirt players midway through the year on the PS2 version, I would be very grateful if they would share that knowledge. Thanks.

I don't know the answer but have you tried the ESPN College Hoops board over at OperationSports.com??? They are usually pretty good over there... Less trolls by far...

I almost forgot about operationsports even though I used them for sliders for the game. Thanks for the reminder. I'm going to try over there right now.

I finally figured out how to activate a redshirt player! :) I have to press the "O" Button (PS2) or "Y" button (for those with X-box version). Unfortunately, EVERY time I attempt to activate my freshman redshirt center the game freezes and I have to turn off the PS2  I have a really good team that could do well in the Big West if we can just have someone decent in the middle and this kid could do the job, but I can't activate him :(.

Dola, you have to press those buttons while the injured player is highlighted. Whereas I was attempting to highlight the redshirted players on the roster screen.

Bump and update.
I've emailed espnvideogames techsupport address twice over the past 48 hours. So far, they haven't replied to either of my emails regarding the freezing. The lack of response is very frustrating and reminds me how we good we have it in the sports text sim market.

I've emailed ESPN videogames support people several times over the past few days and they have completely ignored my emails with no reply. Any ideas how I might get their attention and possibly a solution to my freezing problem?

Can you imagine the uproar if it was EA with this bad customer service?

Very true! ;)
Seriously, this poor customer service is making me considering boycotting future games from espnvideogames. It is very frustrating as my retailer won't exchange the disk as I've had the game for more then 7 days.
