To keep the Golden Scribes above reproach as far as tampering with the outcomes is concerned, I would like to recruit a volunteer who is trusted in the FOFC community to independently verify my tallies of the nominations/final votes. Last year, primelord provided the service, but I know he is pretty swamped these days. Any volunteers?

You can do both, if you'd like to. The voting periods were a couple weeks each for the nomination phase and the final voting phase last year. Basically, everyone would send their votes to each of us via e-mail.

Basically, I was envisioning collecting the votes through the end of the year and then having the awards show early in 2004.
