Do any of you take supplements like a fat burner or creatine? I was thinking about getting one, but I am somewhat unfamiliar with this type of stuff. In the past I've just exercised and eaten (pretty much) right. As I'm getting older, I find myself not being able to do what I did when I was younger and getting the beer gut. Any suggestions?

I think the solution to your problems is a fast sportscar and a pair of hot 20 year old girls.

I have taken muscle milk, nitrix, cellmass, noXplode, creatine mono and the new creatine formulas, lipo6...
The thing is, you need to be discipline in take and you need to be on a good routine...
Mens Health has a really good abs diet book that you may want to look into.

Thanks. I'll check out the book. Is it this one? http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1579549985/qid=1142456227/sr=2-2/ref=pd_bbs_b_2_2/104-4592172-1062337?s=books&v=glance&n=283155

Thanks again. I'll give them a shot.
I took a number of supplements last year and earlier this year...since the Super Bowl I haven't been back to the gym, though.
I worked at GNC last year. I'd recommend a Nitric Oxide product...NO2 is expensive but I saw great results from it. Currently, I have NOXPLODE. It's good, but I liked NO2 better.
Qwik had some good suggestions, by the way.

Creatine will make you retain water. No2 is like Viagra for the muscles, it will expand your veins to get that vascular look. Take them together and the water will be pumped into your veins, hopfully to get you bigger. Many people I know on creatine say it gets them bloated. If you want to lose weight the only way is to change your diet and do more cardio. Supplements are only secondary to diet/excercise.

Creatine will fuck you up if you are not fully hydrated. Trust me. I don't touch the stuff anymore. If I have to go through that again, I'd rather just eat authentic Mexican food.

NO2 is just another spin on Arginine. A very, very expensive spin.

Noexplode is awesome but low on the creatine content, they make you pay more to stack everything...I'm going to mix creatine monohydrate in with the noexplode once I complete my creatine ester...went overboard...

In my experience Creatine makes you bulkier, not slimmer. I've taken ephedrine before and it works really well in curbing your appetite and accelerating your metabolism. Unfortunately, the only thing that will really give results is to stop drinking so much beer and curb the eating of mac and cheese. :)

Alright, I want those in the know...or rather those who want to or can.
I have been looking at the NO2 and CE2 combo pack. Is it worth the money?
Currently, I use a thermogenic (Hot Rox) with a metabolic (D4) and they seem to work, but I am wondering if I should switch it up, and of course, the No2 and Ce2 are the things everyone is talking about, but no one will tell me what it is like.
So...whats it like? What are the results for those of you who used it?

Yeah, I figured I would since:
1) The game has tanked
2) I came to FOFC because of HT, I am in General more than HT so I figured I would go by my webname I use everywhere else.
