Could someone please elaborate on how the non-EU French League transfer system operates? I notice that you are only allowed 4 non-EU players, but in my Bordeaux squad there are a ton of African players without second nationalities on the team. Is there some sort of consideration for former French colonies? Thanks.

there is the cotonou ruling with some african nations assimilated to EU ones but else IRL the rule applies only to the professional team, meaning that players in the reserve team don't count against that number.

In the game I guess they did like in previous versions, you can have as much non-EU players as you want but only 4 (in L1, 2 in L2 and National) are allowed on the field.
