Yeah saw that one. Someone somewhere on the net said they lived in the area of that accident, and confirmed the kid has been removed from the gene pool. Maybe in those comments, haven't read through them.

OMG, that's terrible!Yeah. Would have been much better with clearer sounds.
Pardon the seeming lack of pity but I have a tough time scrounging up sympathy for people getting hurt while being assholes. As someone who has had to ride bicycles on major streets, I know first hand that it's not terribly uncommon. So, uhh, this made me laugh. Hard. Karma, as has been said, can be a bitch.

It uses inlined crap. Easiest way to handle it would be to view the source, search for the wmv extension and copy the link. Then paste that link into notepad as a reference and save it as an HTML then download it.
I don't like inlined crap where I have to use IE so it can invoke WMP inside the browser.

The bicyclist was riding on the wrong side of the road. If he wants to be on the road, follow the rules.
Head slap was deserved. Reorginization of the enforcer's face was also deserved.

If the bicycle was on the wrong side of the road, then the car also must have been on the wrong side in order to deliver the punishment to the bicyclist. That's a double whammy!

You know you really need to put a disclaimer before somebody watches this video. Obviously I knew it wasn't going to be a teddy bear and dolls, but if this video is true then the kid dies. Sorry, but this isn't entertaining it is really disturbing. I am hopeful that it is fake as I can't see how the video would have made in the internet if the kid really dies.
I am not going to start a crusade to get the link removed or get anyone in trouble but I do want to warn anyone before they watch that is very disturbing and it's shock value isn't really described acurrately by anyone in the thread.

I am not argueing whether to feel sorry for the kid or not. (Though if he did die, I would guess you probably should feel something) I am just posting warning people before they view the video that it is very graphic and disturbing. I really wish I would not have watched it.

Don't worry about it. I really have no problems with anyone watching the video or their comments they made about it. The kid is a dumbass. I just wish the initial post would have had a warning that the video shows a kid getting nearly decapitated (and probably killed) by a car.
My friends used to be big into the faces of death videos. I wasn't put off by my friends morbid curiousity, but I had no interest in watching the videos.

panerd makes a good point - and just for the record, if this type of video makes you want to reexperience your lunch (as it nearly did for me), DO NOT look at any of the other videos on that site. That place is a repository of things unpleasant.

Instant Karma... and funny as HELL! Sorry, you can think I'm an asshole, but plenty of people laugh over the descriptions written in the "Darwin Awards". The guy deserved it. What a tool!

Looks like his fate has been discovered.
The kid had both sides of his jaw broken, lost five teeth, broke his nose and his jaw bracket. Apparently, he cut his eye as well. Oh, and he cracked the back of his skull.
Someone contacted the guy who filmed it, and now he's posted a bit on the Something Awful forums.
Link (http://forums.somethingawful.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1438624&perpage=40&pagenumber=22) -- this is one of the first pages, and it continues on through the next five or six. Appears that this guy is legit.
The guy he was trying to hit on the back of the head was a friend of his. They apparently used to do it to eachother all the time. He had his car door open because the window wouldn't roll down all the way.
