I need some help with a printer a friend of mine gave me...without a manual. If anyone has this printer, would you mind rendering some tech support?

Yay!!

I'm printing a test page, and it feeds the paper but prints nothing.
All of the lights under the paper type display light up and blink. I tried printing in B&W only, but I got the same result. I was thinking that the print head might be clogged, but that's a guess.

Preciate the help!

Have you tried a new ink tank?

Can you print a test print by (printer is off) - holding the online and print mode buttons and then turning on the printer on until the beeper sounds once?

Remove the ink cart. and make sure the film is removed from the cap. :)

By doing above, that's for a 620

This is for a 200e

1. Make sure the printer is turned on and online.
2. Press the online and print mode buttons at the same time.

The ONLINE indicator will blink for about 12 seconds while the printer cleans the print head. When complete, the ONLINE indicator stops blinking the goes off. Replace the ink cart. after 4 cleanings and no improvement.
