Does anone have Jim's ear on the HTML creation portion of FOF? I'm kinda lost between the great utility we had with FOFReporter and the "Official" HTML reporter from Jim.

Is he open to it being modified by 3rd parties? I really like how you can look at a player's entire career in FOFReporter. It was also slick to see all the championships and such the club has won, draft history and such.

The stuff is already in the Almanac, I wonder how much work it would be to parse it out into a report?

I'm in the same boat. Trying to decide if I should register FOFReporter to help encourage Fido to make a 5.0d version, or wait for the 5.0d version before registering (I don't want to register something I can't use any more...)

If you donate a small amount, then Fido lets you test new versions of the Reporter ahead of non-contributors, there's a link to do donations at his site.

Currently it does not work with the new patches, I believe that he is still working on this utility however.

Thanks.Will I continue??? I really don't know. I make utilities to fill in gaps as I see them. Jim seems to have done a great job filling this gap, and I don't see nearly as much of a need for teh Reporter as there was before. If something is not needed, then why should it be made?

I can see your reasoning... the two features you had that I really miss are how you could easily see the careers of draft picks and the Individual player histories.

Guess we'll see how much I miss them, it might give me a reason to make something myself :)

Just checking when I used Fido's 1.7 with the new patch... it generated the pages, but with no data... I assume this is correct b/c it is not compatible..

I was suprised it generated the pages at all... I thought it just would not work.
