breaking news.....it was soe older man who shot a lawyer, i guess the guy said before or after he shot him "you took my money and this is what you get"

MSNBC has the best video of the incident. They have the actual shooting and the guy being shot at ducking behind a tree while the guy will move his arm around the tree to shoot at him. Also, that guy has to be one of the luckiest guys alive to not get killed at that close a range.

I just saw the end of the video for a brief second. How odd. The guy doesn't look like he got shot, and he and the shooter just walk off in opposite directions after the guy stopped shooting. That's just plain wierd.
Are we sure this just wasn't an elaborate hoax by a defendant and his attorney to establish an insanity defense?

A camera man, who you can see in the video towards the end, was interviewed by FoxNews and he said the man shot collapsed shortly after what you see on the tape......
