Turns out the clips of McBain in early Simpsons episodes, when played together in order, make their own movie. How rad is that?!

Yeah this is pretty damn awesome. I noticed one of his lines was "ICE to see you." I swear Freeze says the same thing in that crappy Batman movie with Arnold.

Pretty cool find.

I haven't watched it regularly for quite a long time, but I can recall seeing a handful of those.

When Mrs. A and I are watching a movie where you have a character who is being set up to die, we always look at each other say say "The Live 4 Ever."

I'm not really buying it. I could be wrong but especially with early Simpsons episodes, they would have put in callbacks to previous things. Seems a little contrived to me but a cool idea.

So, was this part of an ancient secret master plan that is only now coming to light? “It was always just conceived as the most melodramatic fragments of a bigger movie where we never really had a big movie in mind,” Simpsons exec producer Al Jean tells EW. Jean did, however, open the door for the McBain mini-movie to eventually add a few scenes: “If Schwarzenegger goes back into movies, then we’ll go back into McBain.” And he left us with this quip: “If we edited together all the Itchy & Scratchys, we’d have The Simpsons Movie 2.”
